HEALTH GUARANTEE & SHIPPING

Health Guarantee

Every puppy purchased from us is accompanied by a 30 days health guarantee. Within 4 days of shipping your puppy, we require you to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the VET finds out within the first 10 days of purchasing the puppy that it is sick of an illness that has been contracted before the date of delivery, you should contact us immediately.
Our puppies are 100% safe, secure and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride to say that our relationship with you doesn’t end once you take home a puppy from us. As a family of breeders and experienced puppy counselors, we would wish to believe that nothing can ever go wrong with our puppies. However, some things are not always in our control because a puppy’s health depends on many things like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care.

We don’t believe your puppy is replaceable due to emotional attachments but we do believe that sometimes the pains of losing a puppy can be reduced when we can offer you another puppy of equal value. In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date, or if the puppy is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affects the health of the puppy, we’ll replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified VET technician and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.

What we’d like from you:

Nothing makes us more happy than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our babies. We do constantly give you health advice to make sure your puppy remains healthy. Here are a couple of measures which will help: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be carried out by a licensed VET. Your puppy comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the puppy again. We do de-worm & vaccinate your puppy before shipping them to you, so we expect you to continue the proper de-worming & conducting regular health examinations up to 16 weeks of age or more so as to keep your puppy healthy and aware (as recommended by your VET).

Exceptions to our guarantee:

Failure to provide your puppy with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee. This health guarantee doesn’t cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including un-descended testes. We require all our puppies to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by a licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our puppies. This report certifies the health condition for every puppy against Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal diseases.

This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the puppy to you so that you are assured that the puppy’s health is guaranteed. This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the puppy then he/she will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the puppy. Thanks for your cooperation.

KNOW MORE ABOUT SHIPPING

Driving a puppy in a car for many hours can be very stressful for the puppy. Also, transporting a pet in a car is not ideal since it is very dangerous when not handled professionally. We do care about our puppies so much and that is why we always chose to handle the delivery of our puppies by ourselves to all our clients who have to drive 6 hours or more to get to us. We once had a very bad experience where a client picked up a puppy from us and while driving home, He left our puppy locked up in the car in the heat so the puppy suffocated and died before he could make it to his car. That is why we do handle the shipping process ourselves because we know it will be professionally done. Plus, we are in a crisis now and it is risky for you traveling so far because everyone is expected to stay indoors to save lives.

We do ship your puppy to the closest airport in your location after which the puppy is then delivered to your home address, so you do not need to leave your home to go and pick up the puppy from the airport. This process is professionally handled by the shipping agent who is in charge of shipping and delivering your puppy in perfect health condition. We chose air transport because it is the fastest and it is less stressful for the puppy.

Most Often than NOT, It’s advised to have all pups shipped in an electronic pet crate that is completely sealed and thermally regulated. The puppy is kept at constant a body temperature irrespective of thermal changes in its environment during the flight time. This enables your puppy to be safe and comfortable at all times. Also, the puppy has a constant supply of freshwater and food in the crate. You need not worry about anything because this process is handled by professionals who have been trained to do it. The pet delivery crate is labeled with your full delivery information including home address and phone number so as to easily identify your Puppy.

We do issue you the flight schedule of the puppy after we have the booking done so that you should know the time he arrives in your city. So we advise you to be at home an hour or two after the puppy lands in your city because the delivery van will definitely be bringing the puppy to your home address. Once the puppy is brought to your home address, we expect you to examine the puppy physically to make sure he has not been injured or maltreated in any way. You shall need your government-issued ID card of Drivers’ license to identify yourself before signing to collect the puppy. Please make sure to give us a call once you get your puppy and also don’t forget to comment on our website. Thanks for your cooperation and we wish you the best with your new family member.
